Elder Abuse Arrest

 On April 22^nd, 2016 at 3:15 am, El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to a report of a verbal dispute at a residence off of South Shingle Road.

Upon the Deputies arrival, they contacted 47 year old Charles Bigby, who was on the roof of the residence doing construction work.  Charles told Deputies there was no dispute and denied any issues at the house.

When the Deputies contacted the other residents in the house, 72 year old Birdie Bigby and 75 year old Harold Bigby, they learned that there had indeed been a family disturbance.  After interviewing all involved family members and examining the evidence present at the scene, Deputies arrested Charles for Felony Criminal Threats, False Imprisonment, and Kidnapping.  Charles was booked into the County Jail without incident.

Wanted Person – Armed and Dangerous

 After further investigation into the April 7^th road rage incident that ended with gunshots being fired in the Mar Val Market parking lot in Georgetown, the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office has identified Jesse Dean Messer as a second suspect in this incident.

There are felony arrest warrants for Jesse Dean Messer for the charges of Armed Robbery and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.  Messer is known to frequent the Georgetown area.  It is unknown what type of vehicle Messer is currently using.  Messer is considered ARMED and DANGEROUS!

Arrest for Rape

 On April 20^th, 2016, the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office received a report from a confidential source regarding a possible rape of a juvenile female.

Deputies and Detectives conducted an extensive investigation and based on the results of this preliminary investigation, arrested 18 year old Romeo Andre Alfonso Vallar, a resident of El Dorado Hills, on multiple charges including rape.

Due to the age of the victim and the charges associated with this alleged crime, no further details are available for release per California Law protecting Victim’s Rights.
